By creating an account or using ConfigStack, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ConfigStack provides tools to store environment configuration, encrypt secrets at rest, generate exports, and create Stack Links.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of the configuration you store.
- You must keep your account credentials secure.
- You control Stack Link permissions. If you enable downloads, the link may expose decrypted secret values to anyone with the link.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ConfigStack to:
- Break the law or violate third-party rights
- Distribute malware, credentials for malicious activity, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Abuse public endpoints or share links for harassment or harm
5. No Warranty
ConfigStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConfigStack and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, including those resulting from user configuration errors or shared Stack Links.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ConfigStack after changes constitutes acceptance.
